Emotionally Focused Therapy
I work with Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a highly researched model effective in counselling for couples and individuals. Based in adult attachment science, EFT understands that people are fundamentally relational. In applying this powerful model I want to get to the emotional heart of things, to support you to feel strong and capable in yourself and your relationship.
